Your data is stored locally on Newbury Electronics servers, comprehensive security is provided by both the company’s firewalls and anti-virus software. Any payment information is fed straight in to Barclays’ payment system, the company is verified by Barclays as PCI compliant for handling this data. Newbury Electronics will keep your personal identification information for 7 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by erasing it from our servers.

We (Newbury Electronics Ltd) do not knowingly collect personal Information from children under the age of 13. If we find that we have collected Personal Information on children aged under 13, that data will be deleted.

A Do Not Track (DNT) standard has not been adopted till date, and therefore Newbury doesn't respond to DNT signals in browsers. We do not share personal data with third parties for any purpose.

Currently, various browsers (including Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari) offer a DNT option that relies on a technology known as a DNT header that sends a signal to websites visited by the browser user about the user's DNT preference. The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) has been working with industry groups, Internet browsers, technology companies, and regulators to develop a DNT technology standard.
