day turnaround service

1 w/day (2 layer PTH) and 2 w/day (4 layer) turnaround service is specifically for prototyping, and limited to the following service level and pcb specification:

Technical

PCBs supplied are either 2 layer or 4 layer 1.6 mm Fr4 PTH, 1oz copper finished thickness, immersion silver finish, without solder resists, or legends. 2 layer pcbs are not electrically tested. 4 layer pcbs are electrical tested. Prices are per circuit and are based on the dimensions of that circuit. Multi-circuit panels containing a mixture of different circuits or step & repeated panels of the same circuit attached by tabs are not permitted on PCB Train Express. Multi-circuit panels may be ordered on the PCB Train standard service.

Single sided circuits are supplied but they will be manufactured using the PTH process. Pcbs are supplied as single circuits only. All holes are treated as PTH. Minimum track and gap is 0.2 mm. Minimum CNC drill size is 0.50mm, maximum CNC drill size is 6.5 mm. Only top and bottom copper layer files, excellon CNC drill files, and a profile layer file are used. All other files are ignored. Profiles are cut with a 2.00 mm diameter router as a simple single pass. Profiles must be drawn with a single continuous line, the centre line of which is treated as the cutting line. Compensation for the cutter diameter is not required.

Limitations:

In order for us to achieve a fast turnaround and low cost, the following are not permitted or provided on this service:
Alterations, editing, or additional instructions after order submission
Internal cut-outs, circles or slots
Close or connected holes (holes spacing at least 0.30mm)
Panelisation or step & repeating
Design rule checking
Design notes, "readme" files, or documents are ignored
Milling or counterboring
Scoring or tabs
Gold or any other alternative finishes

Commercial:

Data must be received by 12.00 midday on a working day and we will ship 2 layer circuits by close of business the following working day. 4 layer pcbs will be shipped 2 w/days after the 12.00 midday order cut-off time. The maximum number of circuits available is up to 25 for the 2 layer service, and up to 10 for the 4 layer service, depending on the size of the circuits.
