PCB Train Assembly is a fixed price fast turnaround assembly service with a turnaround from 3 working days after receipt of PCBs and components. Assembly prices are fully inclusive of all tooling costs, including solder paste stencils.

PCB Resistors & Capacitors

We supply at no extra charge a range of standard Resistors & Capacitors as listed. So you do not have to purchase or supply these parts yourselves. However, you must free-issue to us any other parts you require assembled. Requirements for customer supplied parts are set out in the PCB Train assembly terms & conditions document.

For many clients, we supply the entire bill of materials (BOM). This is subject to individual pricing, additional cost, and extra production time when compared to your PCB Train quotation. Email your bill of materials and ask us to quote.

Remember to allow time in addition to your quoted assembly time to enable us to kit your BOM. We will advise the increase in delivery time in our quote.

Please make it clear in your email or order if you require PCB Train assembly to quote a price to completely supply your BOM.

Unless we are instructed otherwise, PCB Train assembly expects you to supply all the parts needed for assembly.

Whoever supplies your kit of parts, your standard R's and C's will still be supplied by PCB Train assembly without any charge. View our list of free resistors and capacitors.

As far as possible, we will use automated processes to place components on to your PCB, making use of your pick & place CAD data. Component positioning, orientation and solder quality will normally be verified using Automatic Optical Inspection. Very small batches may be placed by hand and inspected by eye. All soldering will be to Class 1 standards. If you require Class 2 or Class 3, please ask us to quote.
