The website generated automated email that you receive within minutes of placing an online order confirms that we have received your request. It is not confirmation of our acceptance.
We do not necessarily accept every online order placed with us. For example, there are times when we may have insufficient capacity to meet the requirements of your order.
If we have insufficient capacity to meet a delivery date, we will advise alternative delivery dates.
Only when you receive our formal order confirmation (normally within 24 hours) will you know that your order has been accepted for manufacture.
