PCB Train CAD is a low cost CAD layout service for simple 1 and 2 layer designs. If you haven't the time to track up your design, let us do it for you. We have many years of experience in both CAD layout and pcb manufacture and assembly. We guarantee you a professional and efficient service.

• Professional hand routing of all tracks
• Component holes
• Track & solder resist clearances to industry recognised standards
• Gerber files for all tracking, solder resist, legend, and solder pastes as required.
• CNC drill files
• Mechanical layer data

Unless requested otherwise, we will use our discretion as to which CAD software to use when designing your circuit

Our normal turn-round time is within 10 w/days, but often less.

Our guarantee

If we cannot track your schematic within our published design restrictions and prices, we will tell you before we start, and quote a revised price. We undertake to correct any CAD errors arising from our work and supply revised CAD data without additional charge. However, after you have approved the layout, we will not accept any claim for losses arising from errors in the CAD layout. You are responsible for checking that our work is acceptable before proceeding with volume production or component population. If you have purchased a prototype on PCB Train, and we have made a track routing error or a component fails to fit, we will rectify the design and produce a new prototype (single circuit) free of charge.

PCB Design restrictions:

The PCB must be just 1 or 2 layers. There must be minimal space constraints. i.e. there will be adequate space for track routing or it will be permissible for us to make the PCB larger to accommodate tracking. Track & gaps of no less than 0.2mm. Simple rectangular profiles and few cut-outs. Naturally, we undertake more complex work, so if your requirements fall outside the terms of PCB Train CAD, submit your design parameters to us for a quotation.

PCB Prices

Our prices are based on the total number of pins connected. For example, suppose that you have a schematic diagram with 173 pins. This is in the price range 101 to 200 pins, and the cost will be ?275.00. It is as simple as that. Where possible, calculate your own prices and submit your order without quotation from us. Our published prices are subject to sight of your design parameters.

• Bill of Materials with Farnell or RS part references or similar.
• Schematic diagram in .tif, .jpeg, .dxf, Orcad, MS Word, .pdf, Easy PC
• Mechanical drawing with dimensions in .tif, .jpeg, .dxf, Orcad, MS Word,.pdf, Easy PC
• Your preference, if any, for the CAD software to be used.
