This is a full service bureau style laser stencil cutting service fabricating stencils suitable for production runs.  Solder paste data can be edited and amended to incorporate frame mounting holes, step & repeats, tooling holes, fiducials, text, tool numbers, etc. at no additional charge. Stencils are supplied in velcro closed corrugated card wallets complete with hanging hooks for easy storage.

For small production runs without frame mounting holes, consider using our low cost express laser stencil service.

We manufacture "foil" style stencils which are laser cut on either 0.125 mm or 0.150 mm stainless steel sheet specifically manufactured for solder paste screens. According to your instructions, patterns of mounting holes will be cut to suit your specific solder paste foil mounting system.

Deliveries of 1/2 w/day, 1 w/day, and 2 w/days are available.

The ½ day service requires orders and data to be with us before 12.00 mid-day, subject to which we will ship by the close of business the same working day, service available week-days only.

The 1 day service requires orders and data to be with us before 9.00 am, subject to which we will ship by the close of business the same working day, service available week-days only.

The 2 day service requires orders and data to be with us before 9.00 am, subject to which we will ship by the close of business the next working day, service available week-days only.

We regret that we cannot supply stencils mounted on fabric stretched over aluminium frames (mesh frames). Our foil type stencils can be used on solder paste printers designed for mesh frames if an adaptor frame (foil tensioning system) is used. 

If you want to know more about the benefits of foil tensioning systems, view the movie.  We recommend licence free systems like Zelflex to avoid repeated licence charges every time a new stencil is purchased.  This is common with many other foil tensioning systems.  Be careful not to be locked into specific stencil suppliers by the offer of "free" but proprietry licenced foil tensioning systems which only work with stencils from a single source.
