Use the quote calculator for price calculations. This can be used to provide a quote independently of how you intend to pay or place an order.
Order online through the website
You can order by using the quote calculator and online order / payment option.. This option accepts orders for payment either by credit card or on net monthly trade credit account terms for approved accounts. Data files can be uploaded at the same time as placing orders. You can place orders for different pcbs at the same time. If you do not upload your data files using the website's online ordering system, you will need to send us your pcb Gerber data by separate email.
Order by email
Send us your company's standard purchase order by email. Attach your data files to your email. If you want to pay through a net monthly trade credit account, send us your company registered number so that we may do a search online and get credit approval. If you want to pay by credit card, phone through your card number on +44 (0) 1635 40347, asking for PCB Train credit card payments. Tell us the quantity you require, the type of pcb you are ordering, the dimensions in mm, the price, the delivery service the delivery address and your contact phone number.
Order by fax or mail
Fax your order to +44(0)1635 36143 and post your pcb Gerber data files and a copy order to PCB Train at Newbury Electronics Ltd. , Faraday Road, Newbury Berkshire, RG14 2AD, U.K.
PCB data required
Send your pcb Gerber data, Excellon drill files, and .PDF files as zipped attachments.
Plot data should be in Gerber, preferably in Extended Gerber RS274X. This has embedded apertures and separate aperture tables are not needed.
Drill data should be in Excellon drill format. State finished hole sizes in metric. Clearly mark sizes as Plated Through Hole (PTH) or None Plated Through Hole (NPTH), otherwise all holes will be treated as PTH.
We require that the same hole size is not both PTH and NPTH at different locations. Ensure that there is a profile cutting line on one of the layers. If cut-outs are required, label them as such.
